1. Business orientation would be provided by client.

2. Business orientation would be done online via platforms like Google Meet, Zoom etc.

3. It is responsibility of Client has to provide information as required by adviuz to prepare script

4. It is responsibility of Client to approve the script before sales support executive start making actual calls.

5. It is responsibility of Client to inform us any update in offer or schemes.

6. It is responsibility of Client to coordinate with sales support team after meeting is fixed.

7. There will be one sales support executive in one subscription of 14,999 per Month.

8. One sales support executive can handle maximum 100 events in a day.

9. Our Sales Support Executives don't do cold calling and work only on leads generated by our platform.

10. Event is defined as fresh call, follow-up call, inbound call handling or outbound call handling, sending information on Whats app or email.

11. Our Sales support executive generally speaks English & Hindi. We also have regional executives with us.

12. Sales support executive reporting is real time and client can view it from the app ( if purchased ) or from Google sheet.

13. Call recordings would be stored only for 1 Month in our system and will be scrapped after that.

14. Call Recording feature is not available in app and recordings would be shared manually would be shared via Google Drive only.

15. Client acknowledge that the product and services they are selling are as per regulations of the government.

16. All the financial transactions with leads would be managed by clients only, our sales support team can take payment or do any payment follow-ups on client behalf.

17. Our Sales support team will not be responsible for any disputes that arises between the leads and the clients due to service quality, wrong commitment by client sales team or any other reason. Our Sales support team work strictly on the basis on script and keep records on conversation.

• This Agreement is subject to periodic change and alterations. Adviuz.in will post the latest update at the bottom of homepage, by continuing to use Adviuz.in, a Advertiser shall give their implied acceptance to the new terms of this Agreement.

• Adviuz.in might modify its services price list, incentive program or any other aspect of the website at any time without prior notification.

• This Agreement will be governed by the laws of INDIA, without reference to rules governing choice of laws. Any action relating to this Advertiser Agreement or any products or services of Adviuz.in must be brought in the Provisional court in Pune and the Advertiser consents to the jurisdiction of such courts. Subject to that restriction, this Advertiser Agreement will be binding on, inure to the benefit of, and enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns. Adviuz.in failure to enforce the Advertiser’s strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Advertiser Agreement.

• THIS IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND ADVIUZ.IN AND BY REGISTERING THE ADVERTISER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS ADVERTISER AGREEMENT. BY ACCEPTING THIS ADVERTISER AGREEMENT YOU ARE HEREBY BOUND TO THE RULES AND GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE ADVERTISER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCEPTING ITS TERMS.
